At iCREATE, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the customized nature of many of our products, we maintain the following policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet begun.

Once the production process starts, cancellation is not possible.

2. Return Policy

Custom-made products (e.g., 3D prints, prototypes) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds (for eligible items) will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

No refunds will be issued for digital files, design services, or downloadable products once delivered.
